The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Cavill Mall. The main shopping center and a mall were right next door.

Totally pleasant stay on the last night of stay. Reasonably priced beachside hotel. Central location, relatively close to Dracula's Haunted House. Situated in a shopping area. Nice pool, parking on site. A gym available for guests too.

Every time we stay in Gold Coast, like to stay here. Value for money, the place is nice comfy base for wedding. It has excellent location to see Infinity Attraction.

Everyone who works in the hotel is attentive and reasonably good. Magnificent and amazing location, the venue is near a tram station.

As for me, the area was quite dirty.

The room was a nice size and air-conditioned and the location was incredible! The bed was great for those with back pain. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Everything is fantastic, we liked this hotel. The room is reasonably large and new-fashioned with magnificent views of the beach. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the accommodating and superbly friendly staff. It's very close to a tram station.

The rooms were tastefully decorated with great bed, value for money. This accommodation had a central setting to everything like shops. A few times I ate at Fables Restaurant, located not too far away from the hotel.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom and a lounge and a carpet in the room.

The location of the hotel was central, close enough to Surfers Paradise and supermarkets, a tram to get yourself around and beach and city centre. It also was close to everything What more could you ask for.

It is a newly decorated and perfect property located in Surfers' Paradise district really close to Cavill mall. The hotel has an amazing location, close to all the shops. The main bar is a nice plus.

It has nicely decorated huge rooms, that come with balcony, the 5 th level. Also, the location is amazing and convenient, minutes from Skypoint Observation Deck.

Location, Cleanliness, Spaciousness, Staff. I loved staying in this hotel. The location is perfect, close to the beach, mall, and public transport. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Location was excellent. Close to central Surfer's Paradise for shopping/beach/dining. Great Customer Service.......Due to a fridge malfunction upon our arrival, staff were more than happy to offer a choice of three other rooms to move into for our stay. Views from Room 25A were magnificent.

Our initial Room 27A was slightly old and tired and could do with a bit of freshening up and refurbishing......although the view was just as magnificent as Room 25A.

We enjoyed our stay there. Very convenient to all Surfers Paradise and in walking distance to beach and shops. Car parking provided and good level of security. The view was excellent and pool and Spa were great. we played tennis and enjoyed the facilities. it is not a Hotel so it was quiet and the rooms were quiet, did not hear other guests at all. a reaally great place to stay. Our children made the usual amount of noise but it didnt seem to disturb others. The noise deadening in the structure worked well.
